Is Můj Výkaz an attendance or time-clock system?

No. Můj Výkaz tracks work on client projects: who worked on what, for which client, how many hours, and what you will invoice for it. It doesn't record clock-ins and clock-outs, shifts, breaks, overtime or night work, and it has no terminals or GPS. If labor law requires you to keep working-time records, keep them in your attendance system or spreadsheet. Vacation, sick leave and home office are handled in the Absence module (Business plan).

What happens when the trial ends?

After 30 days your organization moves to the Free plan on its own. Nothing is charged — you never entered a payment card. All your data stays: timesheets, clients, projects, invoices and the people on your team. You can add a new person or project only while you fit within the Free limits (3 users, 3 projects), and paid-plan features such as tasks, invoicing, AI reports, retainers, the REST API and MCP are locked until you choose a plan. We'll remind you by email seven, three and one day before the trial ends. You can switch on Starter or Business any time in settings, and everything unlocks again.

We invoice in another system. Does Můj Výkaz still make sense for us?

Yes. You can turn invoicing off in the app and keep invoicing in your accounting software (such as Money, Pohoda or Fakturoid) or through your accountant. Můj Výkaz then holds everything that comes before the invoice: timesheets, approval, retainers and profitability. At month-end closing you enter how much you actually invoiced the client — manually, in bulk or by uploading a spreadsheet, even zero for a retainer — and Profitability compares what you invoiced with what you worked. The app suggests the amount, and the invoice number is optional. Your timesheets stay as they are; the invoiced amount is a separate figure next to them.

Is it secure? Where is my data?

The app and database run on a Hetzner Cloud virtual server in Germany that we use only for our own services. Uploaded files and backup copies are stored encrypted on Backblaze B2 in Amsterdam, so also in the EU. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS), and backups run daily and are encrypted. Two-factor authentication (2FA), an audit log, 6 user roles with access control, and GDPR rights including data export and deletion. You'll find the details on the Security page.
