See how much of the retainer is left — and invoice straight from timesheets.
An agency has no idea how many hours it still owes a client until the retainer runs over. We do it differently. The team logs time, it's drawn from the retainer right away, and you see live how much is left. You bill the overage, send the client a tailored report and issue the invoice in one click — without retyping between Freelo, Toggl and Excel.

The client has 40 hours a month, the team worked 55 and nobody was watching. You did fifteen hours for free.
Collect the timesheets, rewrite them into something readable and send them — by hand, every month.
Who's free this week? Who's overloaded? Only the person who maintains the spreadsheet knows — and they're on vacation.
Month-end means copying hours from one tool to another and hoping nobody forgot half a day of work.
You set up a package for the client — say 40 hours for 30,000 CZK a month. As the team logs time, the hours are drawn from the package. The breakdown and the time tracker both show how much is left. Unused hours can carry over to the next month, and you bill overage beyond the retainer separately. And if the client is a group of brands, each with its own monthly fee, you set up several retainers, each for its own projects.
Hours worked turn into a report for the client. Before you send it, the manager edits it: rewords internal notes into the client's language, rounds the hours, merges items. What's in the report is what's on the invoice. No double counting, no Word.
You plan who works on what this week. A heatmap shows at a glance who has time and who's overloaded. Planned work is then pre-filled into the timesheet, so nobody starts from an empty grid.
The team logs hours, the manager approves them in one click, and the invoice is created from the same data. For Czech companies, ARES fills in the details from the company ID, and a QR payment code is added. You export the finished invoice for Pohoda (CZK invoices) or as ISDOC, and on the Business plan you send it to Fakturoid in one click.
Ask in plain English and get a table with numbers calculated from your data — not a language model's guess. Save the questions you ask often and have them emailed to you.

Yes. You set up an hour package for the client at a monthly price, and as the team logs time, the hours are drawn from the package. You see live how much is left, right where you log time. Unused hours can optionally carry over to the next month. It's a Business plan feature.
Yes. One client can have several retainers side by side, and for each one you choose which projects draw from it. Next to them there can be one package set to “All client projects”: it takes everything the selected ones haven't claimed, including projects added to the client later. A project always draws from at most one package, so the same hour is never deducted twice.
Hours beyond the retainer are tracked as overage, and you bill them to the client separately. The dashboard also shows which retainers are close to their limit or already over, so you know about the overrun before the month ends.
A client report is put together from the timesheets. Before sending it, the manager can edit descriptions, hours and amounts, rewording internal notes into the client's language. You then issue the invoice 1:1 from the approved report. Client reports are in all plans, including the free one.
No. The invoice is created directly from approved timesheets. For Czech companies, ARES fills in the details from the company ID. A QR payment code is added, and you send the finished invoice to Fakturoid or export it for Pohoda (CZK invoices) or as ISDOC, the Czech e-invoice format. No numbers are retyped anywhere.
No. You switch invoicing off in the app, and Můj Výkaz handles the work before the invoice: timesheets, approval, retainers and profitability. At month-end closing you enter how much you actually invoiced the client — manually, in bulk, or by uploading a spreadsheet from your system. Profitability then compares what you invoiced with what you worked, and you see how much work you didn't bill the client. Your timesheets stay as they are.
You lock the month — manually in Closures, or the app locks it automatically on the 3rd, 5th or 10th working day of the following month. No new time entry or expense can be added to a locked month, and approved work can't change. Anyone with something missing for the month gets a reminder on the last working day before the lock. The month lock is in all plans.
The Free plan is free for 3 users. Starter costs 149 CZK per user per month (at least 3 seats, up to 10 users), Business 279 CZK (at least 5 seats, unlimited users). Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK), excluding VAT. Retainers and capacity planning are part of Business. For the first 30 days you get Business free, no credit card needed.
Client reports and basic time tracking are in the Free plan too. Starter adds tasks, AI reports and invoicing. Business adds retainers, capacity planning, HR absence management and integrations with Fakturoid, iDoklad and Freelo.
Creating an account takes a minute; for a Czech company, the company ID fills in the details from ARES. You can import timesheets from CSV, Toggl, Clockify or Harvest yourself. Nothing to install, no training.
