Why we built Můj Výkaz
Můj Výkaz is built by Josef Neugebauer, who has more than 15 years of experience in IT, in both corporate and agency settings. On both sides he saw the same thing: spreadsheets sent around by email, hours retyped by hand into invoicing systems, and no real view of which projects actually make money.
International tools like Toggl or Harvest don't know how things work in the Czech Republic: VAT, the ARES company register, invoicing in Czech crowns, Czech labor law. Czech alternatives grew up around cash flow, tasks or attendance. We started with the timesheet and built approval, client retainers, month-end closing, invoicing and profitability on top of the same data. The whole product is designed from the ground up for Czech and Slovak companies.
We develop without investors and without corporate bureaucracy. We test every feature with real customers before it's released, and we move fast.

An employee logs time, a manager approves the timesheet, the accountant issues the invoice. One continuous process instead of three separate tools.

Built for the Czech and Slovak market
Czech and Slovak VAT rates, invoices with the details Czech VAT law requires, company lookup in the ARES register for Czech companies, QR payment codes for bank transfers (EPC/SEPA for invoices in EUR), Czech and Slovak public holidays in working days and capacity, vacation entitlements. Můj Výkaz wasn't localized after the fact — it was designed here, for this market.

Development of Můj Výkaz begins
Market research, architecture design, intensive development. Ongoing validation with Czech agencies and service companies.
Platform launch
A fully working product with work management, timesheet approval, invoicing, AI analytics and an MCP server for AI assistants. Three languages, three currencies.
Platform expansion
Absence and vacation management and a Google Calendar integration.
From retainer to month-end closing
Tasks and capacity planning, client retainers, month-end closing and month lock, invoices issued in another system, team messages, and connecting Claude and ChatGPT to company data.
Czech Republic, Slovakia and beyond
Strengthening our position in our home market. Then expansion into the DACH region and other European markets.

Our own infrastructure in the EU
A Hetzner Cloud virtual server in Nuremberg that serves only Můj Výkaz. We don't share your data with any third party without your knowledge.
AI reports in plain English
Ask about your data in plain English. A language model (mainly Claude by Anthropic, with an OpenAI model as a fallback during outages) turns the question into SQL, the database runs it read-only and returns a table or chart. No clicking through filters.
Data stays in the EU
All primary data is stored and processed in the European Union. Details on the Security page.
